The 92nd Running of the Indianapolis 500 – Qualifying Weekend 1 Forecast
Well, this is the first report to come live from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The track is about to go green for morning practice.
The weather for today is gorgeous. Clear blue skies and very comfortable. The high looks to be warmer than I’ve been forecast. As I’ve stated, I tend to have a cold bias on forecasting. I think it’ll hit 70 at the Speedway in the paved areas. Tomorrow still looks gloomy, with rain predicted through the day. I still won’t completely rule out some qualifying attempts, but I doubt that they’ll get enough in to have a full second day at this point.
