j andretti needs a higher ranking he ran too well in roth equipment that usually broke down half way in a race.

thoughts… I’d Give John Andretti an A for proving that Marty’s cars are capable and it IS Marty that is making them slow…

and while Buddy Lazier gets an A for the qualifying, he should get a F for causing the Milka wreck at the end of the 500, which then caused Vitor to lose the lead when Dixon was able to short p[it from the lead pit-box, instead of everyone pitting under green.

Here are my grades for a few others…

Sarah Fisher, C- : Decent run at Kentucky and qualified at Indy with no sponser
Buddy Lazier, A for effort: Qualified a crap car that no one else could have gotten in that race
Paul Tracy, I: Good showing in his one and only ride. Will he be seen again?
Mad Max, I: Killed the car
Rodger Y, F. DNQ a car that Alex Barron would have qualfied.
Jeff Simmons, F: See defintion of 2nd Foyt ride above
