Against that field, Milka could actually do pretty well. Sarah Fisher is better and did worse in her Winston West foray, true, but I think ARCA is actually even on a lower level than Winston West. So effectively the series traded backmarkers: Duno for Barrett. Seems like pretty much a wash. Neither of them belonged in any top-level series. ARCA legitimacy? hahahahaha
